The executive Board
The executive board is responsible for running the cooperative and executes the business of the cooperative in accordance with the law, in particular the German Cooperative Societies Act, the articles of association, and the executive board’s rules of procedure. The executive board represents the cooperative in and out of court. Two members of the executive board can act together as legal signatories on behalf of the cooperative, and also make legally binding declarations on its behalf (legal representation).
The executive board of CEwind eG consists of two members out of the group of professors of the universities involved and one full-time member of the executive board who acts as managing director.
